Mike did an excellent job installing my new opener. He was courteous, punctual, and overall very helpful. He serviced both doors so they run very smoothly without squeaks, squeals or vibrations. I will call Precision when I need garage door service again.

This morning, I was closing the garage door and the roller came off the rail and couldn’t move. I called Precision and the very cordial woman scheduled me for today between 10 to 2. Of course no one plans to be stuck at home and unable to make appointments or run errands. However at 10:30, Cameron with Precision called and was at my home in 10 minutes. He was very articulate, knowledgeable and polite. He explained the problem and showed me too. Once he gave me the estimate and I authorized, he went to work and completed the job. He left 45 minutes later and I had a fully functional door. Thank you for such great service!!
