I called for service and was given a timeframe of repair. He came quicker than what they promised and door was fixed very quickly. The young man was very courteous and professional. He explained what he did and told me what to watch for in case of any further problems. This is my second time using their service and would not use anyone else!! I had the pleasure of having Chris Mc Veigh as my Tech. He worked hard and long on my Garage Door. You have a rare employee working for you. He did a wonderful job and knew what his Job did and it very well and a pleasure to get to know. You do not find people who take pride in their work these days. He is a wonderful worker.

Precision installed a garage door at our oldest son’s home and, in my opinion, it is extraordinary – the most quiet door I’ve ever heard (make that NOT heard). I became impressed with Precision and was impressed with the work Mike did today with our door.

Precision installed my garage door years ago and have repaired and upgraded it as needed. Today they responded right away (same day) when the door did not go up and down as it should. Technician Chris diagnosed the problem, made suggestions for repair and upgrades to prevent future problems. Much appreciated. He could not have been nicer or more accommodating.
