Just like the commercial. Wife’s car was locked in garage with a broken spring. Called sent a tech out with a 4 hour window. Showed up in 15 minutes fixed within an hour. Sean the tech was great

We are repeat customers because our experience with Precision has been excellent. On of our torsion springs broke the other day and we could not get in or out of the garage. Precision came out immediately. Our technician was amazing. He gave us very good advise on the type of torsion spring we should get and then in an hour had the new ones installed along with related parts. We highly recommend Precision and will use them again in the future.

This is the second time I’ve had to use Precision in the last several years for an old garage door and opener. Just like before, they were fantastic. Response time was within a few hours of calling late in the day, and within a few minutes of arriving the problem was diagnosed and a quote was given. Precision’s extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable technician had replaced the parts and had the garage working quieter than before. I highly recommend Precision and will use them for any future issues for sure!
