Had a problem this morning with our garage door and called early afternoon to have it looked at. A technician was at our home in an hour or so. Was able to fix it but we knew it was old and probably should discuss it. Wow, no sales pitch, just great answers and we felt so comfortable making a decision to get it done. We are so pleased with how quiet it is, an explanation so easy to understand. Set up new keypad, did our car remote, greased the tracks. There was nothing else he could explain as he did it so well the first time. He was a fine and caring young man. We would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door service, repair or purchasing.

Precision Door has replaced our motor and did a great job. Not only that, they came back a year later when the motion sensor for the light was staying on and they fixed that without charging me. The technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly. I will only call them if I need any repairs with my garage doors.

We had a great experience with Bill our technician. He took time to inspect our complete door and all working parts, he was very thorough. We received a new garage door opener and had the springs and a couple other parts replaced on the door. What a difference with the new opener, very quiet and has update features as well.

Noah was simply fantastic! He repaired our broken springs and had our garage door working like new in no time. He was very knowledgeable and also great at explaining how and what needed to be done. As someone who has spent 30 plus years in the customer service industry I can truly attest to Noah’s great ability to put his customers concerns and needs to rest. Truly a fantastic job!
