The very kind dispatch lady got me a repairman right away when I could not close my garage doors. The young man arrived within a half hour. He repaired my starter switch and then out of caution he sold me a new one.

Blake Bailey,Service Techican did a wonderful job installing the new garage door opener on my Lawn Shed and explained everything to me on the features of the new opener.l’ll recommend him to my friends in the future if the service with Precison Doors is needed.

Keith arrived as scheduled and inspected the garage door. He immediately found that the boom had become unanchored from the wall attachment point due to the securing screws working loose over time. He installed a new mounting block and attached it securely to the wall and tested the door. It works perfectly now. Keith is an excellent technician and works in a very polite and professional manner. It was a pleasure having him work on the problem.
