This is the 3rd time we have had garage door service from Precision. Our service technician James was courteous, punctual, and knowledgeable. He presented options to me, and we agreed that replacing the belt AND the springs was the best option. The repairs were done in less than an hour, and everything is working fine! As well, when I originally called for service, the young lady I spoke with, can’t remember her name, was able to walk me through disengaging the door lift mechanism so I could open the 2-car garage door manually and get my vehicle out!! Great service, I would definitely recommend Precision for anyone’s garage door needs, as well as use them personally in the future!
