We were very pleased that we received same day service. Our technician took the time to check all the parts on the garage door, not only the part we knew was broken. He made recommendations for us to improve the functionality of the door. He had the parts that he needed with him, so within about a half hour to 45 minutes our garage door was repaired. I choose Precision because I needed immediate service and was attracted by the internet ad about your same-day service. I got an appointment within just a little over an hour. Matt called before arrival, called upon arrival and was thorough and knowledgeable in his explanation of the problem with my door. Within an hour I was on my way. Matt was a total professional in every respect and I am glad I called Precision!

The technician arrived within the allotted timeframe of my appointment and called 30 minutes ahead to let me know he was on his way. He arrived in a marked vehicle and in uniform so I was assured he represented Precision. I found out about Precision from the Hillsborough County Verified Home Services Guide. The technician was efficient, friendly, and informative.
