Mike Boyle was my technician on 8/20/13. Mike technical knowledge, quick assessment of problem was very detailed. He did an excellent job in repairing my broken spring, roller bearings and Socket assembly. After the repair he tested all components and made some recommendation. Through Angie’s list I used the garage door tune-up promotion. I was very pleased with the service. The technician was prompt, knowledgeable, and made me aware of further repairs that would be needed for optimal operation but was not pushy about it. I had one of the three repairs done and will do the others in the near future.

I really had a good experience with Precision. Chris Knight came out twice to reprogram my opener at no charge. It was decided to replace my current Liftmaster with a newer model. He came out and installed it in no time, showed me how to operate it and what was different with the newer model. It is people like Chris that give your company a good name. He was polite, kind and very helpful. I know in the future if I have any problems, I can call on him to help me. Thanks.
