John was very meticulous with the quality of the repair he performed. He was very thorough and complete in the way he ensured the repair was done correctly the first time. Easy and personable on the initial phone call and came out within a few hours. Ryan, the tech, was able to explain and demonstrate the problem and offer several solutions that we could choose from to be able to correct the problem. Once we chose an option the service was performed quickly and competently. The door is operating like new and we have a great parts and service warranty as well. I would recommend Precision as a service provider and will use again if required.

John was excellent from the get go. He thoroughly inspected the garage door, and identified other issues that we weren’t aware of. The repair took no more than an hour and now I not only have a working garage door, but a quiet one. Happy customer here. Thanks John!!
