Installation on 12/5/13 went off without a hitch. Installer, Keith Allen, was very thorough and was able to point out problem areas(wrong springs,cables frayed and worn rollers. He completed job in a timely manner and was very neat in his work. Recommend him highly. Product is registered in my wife Lisa’s name as she is actual property owner.

We are extremely happy with the service we received. This is the 5th time in 17 years that we broke a spring on our garage door. After becoming extremely frustrated, we decided to call someone other than the company who serviced the door the last 4 times. We are very glad that we did!! Our service technician James from Precision Door listened to my problem, and examined our door thoroughly, and explained and showed me what the other door company was doing wrong. He also replaced rollers and gears that were disintegrating. Our door is QUIETER than it has ever been since we moved into our house! It goes up and down very quietly and smoothly!
