My dear Mr. Jim Rapp, Almost two years sgo I contacted your company to try to help me with my broken garage door, It was very easy to see that it would have to be replaced and so one of you fine techs put in a new door for my wife and I. It was quickly put up and been working daily for us. While cleaning the vinal strip around the door in Nov. I saw daylight at the top and saw the top was bending in, I had seen that befor on my old door and I knew it would only get worse ,so this time I wanted to nip it in the bud befor the whole door fell like befor, I contacted your company fully expecting to have to pay for this service , Starting from the receptionest who took my info all the way to greeting your fine technicians that made the repairs,everything was handled so politely and professionally , and we were so amazed at how fast they made the repair, and then to find out it was no charge, WOW, TWO THUMBS UP my wife and I only reccomend your company to anyone we see and talk to.
