Technician James was very helpful and understanding. Explained and showed us the wearing of the center bearing and end plates. He also programmed the new remote and key pad which was what our initial call was in reference to.

I chose Precision because of the positive reviews and them being on Angie’s list Edward came out to repair torsion springs. He also observed that the bearings were worn and needed replacing. When I told him that it was not in my budget, he explained the ability to pay in two installments. My husband and I were quite pleased with the professionalism of Ed and the overall job he did.
