My technician Doug was fantastic. The problem with my door was very minor, but I was also aware that my door was very old and noisy and probably might have more complicated problems in the future. Doug carefully outlined options, explained what each would accomplish as well as warranty information. He was very personable and professional. Precision was recommended to me by several friends, and I will continue to pass the recommendations along. I couldn’t be happier with my service.

Ryan called to let me know when he was coming. A part needed to be ordered. He called to follow up and keep me posted. When the part came in, he was back to install. Very polite and professional.

I just want to let you know what a wonderful experience this was for me. James came right on time and was going to install new garage door openers. I told him the door was very noisy going up and down. He looked it over and found several problems the home inspector missed. James was wonderful! He worked very hard to fix the problems and did it in a short amount of time. James was professional,courteous, and very knowledgeable! He fixed the problems, installed my new door opener and cleaned up everything. Thank you so much, James, for making this a great experience. I am so grateful to you for your service!!
