They provided fantastic service. I knew both my springs was broken on my two car door, he showed me all the problems with the door and what my best options were. I will definitely be using them again for my smaller garage door. And having them fix that door as well.

Precision was recommended by Angie’s list. I had my garage door serviced and tension springs replaced by Tom the technician who was arrived within the time frame that was scheduled. He was very informative and professional. he answered the questions that I asked of him, he got right to work and explained the what and why of the job that he did. And the price was very fair. I would do business with this company and also recommend them.

My Tech was running behind schedule of the time slot I was given. However he kept in contact updating us on his schedule. We felt bad that that he was having to work so late on a Sunday nite and expressed that to him , his remark ( with a smile ) was this is what I signed up for. And was happy to be there to help us very professional very thorough very fast and informative.
