My last review got cut off part way through, so I’ll try this again…Very Happy. Sean Tufalo was the tech that came out. He arrived early in the time window. Listened to what I wanted, showed me several options and laid out pros and cons for them all. Had to replace a 40+/- year old system that was DOS for about 15 years. Once I decided on what I wanted, he gave me the price, I approved, and he went to work. Given the age and condition of the existing door and opener, it took an “over and above” attitude and effort. Even with the extra time and effort spent, the quoted price was the charged price. Beyond that, Sean seemed to be a pretty straight-up guy. I’ll have them come back in a month or two, after I finish another project, and install a new, and needed, hurricane rated door. Highly recommend the company and the tech, Sean T (They’ve got a couple of Seans so I have to be specific).

We are very pleased, as usual, with the promptness, efficiency, professional, service that was provided by Doug when he replaced our garage door opener. He synced all devices and was super pleasant! The staff was very helpful and everything was able to be done within our time commitments. Everything was explained well and we now have a working Garage Door! Thank you.

I am now retired but the company I worked for for 31 years (UPS) always used Precision for our warehouse roll up doors and was always impressed. I have had my garage door opener replaced and now upgraded my door to a heavier grade insulated door and couldn’t be happier with the quality of your personnel from office to installers. I have and will continue to recommend you guys to family and neighbors as well. Thanks for the great experience.

I have had the privilege of having Precision Garage Door Service come out in some years past and the service was excellent! This particular time was in no way anything less. The specialist Albert was such a great help in going above and beyond in answering all of my questions, professionalism, knowledge, expertise, and helping me solve this issue I was having with my opener. He not only spent the time to evaluate the situation and try to pinpoint the cause but also showed me other factors involved in the whole operation of the garage door itself that I might need to keep a watch on in the future just in case any problems arise. Albert is a great asset to Precision and I cannot express my gratitude for the issue I had being solved and the knowledge I gained from talking with him. Technician was prompt, friendly and efficient. He explained our options and gave us an opportunity to make an educated decision without pressuring us. He completed his work timely and reviewed all the products with us. He reprogrammed our autos and exterior remotes as well.

All went great. Estimate and work all done in one day. Technicians were awesome, and throughly explained everything and even programed my Cadillac garage door opener. Garage door has not worked better since we bought the house. Highly suggest using Precision no matter the cost, and cost was no to bad. Garage door was fixed and installed side mount garage door opener.

Precision provides wonderful service thanks to their wonderful staff, such as Jackson. Jackson was very timely, courteous, thoroughly investigated my problem and explained the fixing process. I have had occasional door problems and each visit has been 5-star!!
