To be honest I called Precision because their sticker was on my garage door & I already knew they had a good reputation. My appointment was between 8am-12. Chris called me right before 8am & said he would be here in 20 min. which he was. He was very friendly & courteous. He gave me an estimate on the spot & then after approval, had my garage door fixed in about 2 hours. I definitely recommend!

Cody and Shawn did an outstanding job in replacing the garage unit. Cody explained everything that needed to be done and advised us of the military discount etc. After the work was completed, he went over everything. We were very pleased with their professionalism and experience. We will definitely call them if we have any future problems. Thank you!

It’s a Saturday. It’s 4 o’clock in the afternoon. And my garage door won’t open. I called Precision. The office answered with a real person and technician Jesus was at my front door by 5:30pm. Although the diagnosis wasn’t what I had hope to hear, and he wasn’t able to work on my 45 year old Sears garage door opener’s motor, i must say that the interaction with Jesus was very pleasant. Jesus was patient, informative, and extremely thorough, among other things. Precision is lucky to have him on their payroll.

A technician was at my house within 1.5 hours of making an appointment. He explained everything that was wrong and explained what was recommended. Everything was fixed and works smoothly now. Very satisfied and glad I chose precision!
