I contacted your company early this morning due to a broken spring on our door. Your technicians arrived within two hours and replaced the springs as well as a few other parts on the 14 year old door. The techs explained all of the repairs and answered all of my questions. They completed the repairs faster than I expected. Thanks for the great service.

Precision was the original installer of our garage door and opener system. Due to lightning, the door opener would not operate correctly and then finally just failed to operate at all. Your technician Cody Johnson and his assistant came out as scheduled and installed a new opener, rollers and other needed items. They were both very professional and efficient in their work. When completed, Cody was very thorough in explaining what was done and how to operate the system including synching up the car with the opener. I would recommend them and Precision for any garage door issues.

I have used Precision Doors for over a decade. They have always been professional, reasonably priced and extremely fast arrival times. Todays repair was the same and the technician was top notch. I really would not call anyone else for a new door or a repair.
