5 STARS ALL THE WAY AROUND!!! Doug arrived ahead of schedule. Very friendly, courteous and thoroughly professional. We needed new springs, rollers and bearings. There was NO ATTEMPT TO UP-SELL US INTO MORE THAN WE NEEDED! The difference in performance was obvious and our experience with Precision was one of the most positive we’ve ever had with any home repair provider. The “Angie’s List Discount” was significant and much appreciated. There may be cheaper prices in the marketplace, but there is no better product or service than Precision.
