Friendly, experienced tech. Work done in minimum time. A little pricey, tho. But that’s the problem when nobody will give you an estimate until they arrive, and then if you don’t like the price charge you a hefty service call fee… “Recommended services” was almost the cost of a complete garage door system including opener, but only addressed rollers, bearings, (which turned out to be ok, just needed a greasing when I didn’t agree to replace them) cables and pulleys. I would still have had the original door, railings, and opener. . I stuck with the springs and did have them replace an obviously worn cable and pulley wheel. Still, $600 for two springs, a cable, and a pulley.

Door purchased has qualities not seen in competitor doors. Price was in our range. Installers were excellent. Knew what they were doing and accomplished in a much shorter time than we expected. Sales agent knew the product and explained the qualities vey well.

I qwas referred to you by my cousin who recently had a new opener installed for his garage door. I then saw your ad in the newspaper with coupons for reduced rated. I called for an appointment and today John Tsangarinos came and installed a new opener for us. He also put in a new coil spring, rollers for the doors, a keypad and even programmed our car to open the door. He was most courteous and answered all questions to my satisfaction.
