Customer service is alive and well! First of all I called for an appointment on Saturday morning and by the end of the day the repairs were complete. Mike arrived on time, exhibited a professional attitude and appearance. Provided a complete inspection and several options with NO high pressure sales pitch. The repairs were professionally completed, provided a complete explanation work performed and the equipment operation. I strongly recommend Precision Door Service if you want superior service at a competitive price.
