Sorry this is tardy! Bryan was knowledgeable and helpful. I wanted an easy to use outside keypad and I got that. Bryan noticed that my garage door sometimes stuck and it was very creaky and noisy. He replaced one part and put on new rollers-now the garage door opens and closes smoothly and quietly. I am very satisfied and thought Bryan was a nice, “cleancut” young man. 5 stars
