These guys are GREAT! James came out a week and a half after I had Precision install new springs and opener. I tried to install new rollers myself and screwed-up and messed up the tension on springs. I received an email confirmation and then a call from the field tech. Blake, my field tech call in advanced to let me know he was 10 mins. out. Blake was courteous and straight forward explaining the repair process. The repairs were performed quickly and professionally. The costs were as estimated. I would recommend Precision to my friends.
