I needed a garage door repair service that was 24 hours. I was in a bind as our garage door broke and could not be opened manually, and my car was in the garage. I called and was given a window time of 8 to 10 a.m. When it was getting very close to 10 and no one had shown up, I called and was told that the time would be another 45 min. This was upsetting to me and Craig the repair man said he would call the office and see if he could be here as soon as possible. Craig was very professional and understanding of my situation and worked quickly and efficiently. Although the time frame was not what I was told that it would be. Craig was very informative and did the job as quickly as he could.

5 stars. I had 2 men out to repair my garage door, which I thought would be a fairly quick fix. But it turned out to be a complex problem and they were very up- front about the problem and cost to fix it. Very courteous and they fixed my door after about 1 & 1/2 hours. Needed springs, rollers, cables, gears,etc.

The service was excellent. First of all, the attitude was great right off the bat. Then his assessment of what needed to be done was quick, but thoughtful and detailed. I didn’t feel like he was ready to ‘rip me off’. I appreciate the explanations and how he spoke so well about the integrity of the company. Job well done. I give it a rating of 5 stars.
