Professional and courteous service without the high pressure sales nonsense. Mike told me what was wrong and what could be done to fix the problem. I opted to have Mike fix the door and the work was completed in a timely manner and met my expectations. I would have no issues recommending them to family or friends.

Had my first encounter with your company this past week when I needed some repair work done on my door, and was very happy with the quality of service I received from my service tech, Keith Allen. He was knowledgeable, friendly, clean-cut, professional, and courteous – everything you could ask for when a stranger comes into your home. I contacted your company because your ad said that you made evening and weekend calls, so I was a little surprised that I was unable to get someone out the same day (especially since I was a little concerned about my garage door letting loose on my car), but Keith made it out the day after and gave me quite an education on garage door maintenance!

Repairman arrived when scheduled and fixed the problem at a fair price..This is my first time to use Precision and I would certainly call them again. Thank you for the good job
