I have used Precision Door Service 3 times. tehnicians being Matthew Leto twice and Francisco Soto once. Both are skilled, courteous, and explained what caused my door malfunction and solved my problem. My rating is 5 Star.

Bob B. was our tech today. He was personable and professional. He got to the root of the problem and did a good job explaining what was wrong. He was patient and answered all my questions which helped me make the decision of how I wanted to proceed. This was an unexpected situation for which I was not prepared. They were able to work out a payment plan for me which really helped me out. Once the work was completed Bob showed us how everything worked. The 7 year warranty was also a big plus. There was a huge difference in how our door functioned once the proper opener was installed. Thank you so much. I would definitely recommend Precision Door to my friends and family.
