Luckily he left the company sticker on the inside of the door so that is why I called Precision again without hesitation. Keith Anderson was the tech this time. He kept me informed of his time of arrival and quickly determined the problem with my garage door opener. He was professional and polite in answering all of my questions and showing me the defective parts (belt and gears). He then offered 4 alternatives for a resolution explaining the cons and pros of each choice. He presented himself as a skilled and honest representative of your company. Over the years of home ownership, I have settled on a plumber, an electrician, a carpenter, and now a garage door company. Thank you

The technician who arrived on time, John, was extremely professional, as was his helper. They did an inspection of my garage door opener and offered different replacement options, and gave me their opinion as to which parts they should replace today. They also gave me a price list for other options for future use. My coupon was for a tune-up and choice of roller replacement or bottom seal replacement. I opted for the roller replacement. They completed the tune-up and roller replacement satisfactorily and answered my seemingly hundreds of questions. Thank you John; I would not hesitate to call Precision again or recommend you to a friend.
