Brian arrived on time and confirmed the problem as well as other items that should be addressed. He worked diligently and repaired the problem quickly. He was very professional and explained the repair and the billing. I really appreciate his efforts, the quick response time and the way this company appears to be run. The invoice was sent to my e mail promptly, and the door works perfectly again. A great experience and I can say I wish all companies did this good a job!

I purchased a deal from Angie’s List. Dallas serviced the call. I discussed a few issues with the door’s operation. Dallas made a few suggestions for improved operation. He installed new springs and pulleys. The door operates much quieter and smoother. I would recommend the company for service.

Matthew Leto is a great technician and sales rep. We had a problem w/our 20 year old Craftsman garage door opener that another company’s tech had wrongly blamed on the door springs. My previous experience with Precision led me to call you guys for help. When I learned you also did garage door opener and Matthew explained my options, I opted for your solution. The opener is nice and quiet and backed for life by a great company. No more garage dorr problems for me!
