I went with Precision because there was a Precision sticker on the garage door left from the previous homeowners. It was very nice to get same-day service. It sucked that I had to have the entire opener and associated mechanism replaced. My technician, Sean Wolf, was professional, knowledgeable, informative and efficient. Though it hurt parting with the money, Sean made the experience worthwhile. Can’t thank him enough.
