Precision is awesome. They did not charge us a fee to come to our home and give us an estimate. They found the problem, gave us a fair estimate with no pressure to buy, and let us have the time to discuss and make our decision. Sprice was out technition. He was excellent and easy to work with. He made our experience with Precision very pleasant. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. He answered all of our questions promptly and with accuracy. Now our garage door works great! We had an amazing experience! He was nice and fast and very Thorough. Told us everything we needed to know and did an exclamation job! The timely many your company comes out is amazing ! We had an appointment Thursday but had an emergency Tuesday night and they came out Wednesday morning !

Have only had good experiences with Precision employees, 2006 to present, 4 different addresses in Tampa Phil is no exception – great technician great human -> customer friendly/oriented – consummate professional Purchased new 3/4 hp motor – connected to cars and to internet transferred old 1/2 hp to single bay Replaced springs and bearing single bay Replaced rollers double bay Checked double bay springs condition and tightness

Technician Mike was extremely professional, on time and very knowledgeable! Needed to replace the battery in my door opener. He also performed a full inspection of the entire door opening assembly and associated parts. In and out in less than 20 minutes, definitely will use Precision in the future!
