Precision garage is a great company. Their service personnel are very helpful and courteous and always a pleasure to work with. I have used them since my house was built in 2002. Due to the extreme heat we have in Florida, I have had my springs replaced twice. They are very prompt and efficient. I highly recommend them. Gail Kasel

I’m not sure of the tech’s name, but the invoice mentions John Duff. He was excellent. He thoroughly went over everything involved in servicing our door and reprogramming our openers. He was pleasant and did great work. I’d recommend him for anyone.

I found the Precision Garage Door through internet. I called them about installing a lock on my garage door and other needed repair. I got a technician coming the next day early morning as I requested. The technician, Aidan, was very professional, nice, and helpful. He completed all of requested jobs and explained everything well. I was very impressed with his service and I highly recommend him and precision garage door service company. Thank you.

Mike did a great job replacing the broken tension spring. he informed me of parts that were functioning but the records showed 10 years old. No sales pitch just information. I would call Precision and ask for Mike and recommend in the future.

Arnold was fantastic. Such a stand up guy and very much made the big decisions for the door we needed fixed easy to understand and made me feel like it was the right choice. Even though we couldn’t do everything he recommended he was very clear about the next steps if anything were to come up in the future. Thanks again for the help my friend
