My experience with Precision Garage Door Service was great from beginning to end. It was easy to make an appointment online for next day service. The gentleman that came out was on time and thoroughly reviewed my system. Once the problems were noted, he installed a new garage door opener to me and servicing my garage door. He explained in detail all that I needed to know about the system. I was very impressed with the service.

I have always used Precision door garage prior to now. The last time I was serviced was back in 2012. Precision is very fast and efficient. Today my service person Chris was very exceptional and efficient. He did a stellar job coupled with lots of kindness. Thank you for investing in individuals that truly care. So I listen to Joy FM and the fact that you partner with them also puts you clearly in my list of preference because I love the Lord and so do you from the quality of your work. We were and are very appreciative of such a quick response.Same day service within hours of our call. Doug, our tech was informative and knowledgeable. The technician was Chris McVeigh. What a star! Explained everything he was doing (and why). Listed the potential things that might be needed to repair a non-functioning door opener. After diagnosing the problem he told me what each possible change would cost. It turned out that he was able to fix things inexpensively and also did some preventive maintenance. I couldn’t ask for more. Great! Thanks Chris and thanks Precision Garage Door Service
