Precision replaced my garage door last year. Then yesterday it quit working. So Louis installed a new updated motor under warranty.the service was awesome! I called this morning and he was here within 2 hours! Both service techs were very informative and friendly.

Excellent service all around ! The phone staff was friendly and courteous. Josh Hink was my Technician . I had a broken spring problem and Josh was professional, friendly and knowledgeable . He inspected the door and gave me a quote for the repair. He was finished in about an hour or so . All repair people should be like Josh . Thanks again for an excellent job . Would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Very professional, courteous, explained in detail what was wrong & what options I needed for repair. Josh Hink was my Technician. Not sure what location he came out of. I wish all Companies operated like this one

Call was made late morning, same day service. Tech’s timeframe was a 4 hr window, arrived right in the middle. Received a text and a phone call from the tech saying they were 20 mins out. Good scheduling. Tech was very nice and explained everything. Made repairs fast and correctly. Pleased with everything. Will use this Company again when needed. 100% happy.

I was not at home , so my wife took care of everything. She said the serviceman was very polite and explained what was wrong and also alerted her of a potential problem. He apologized that we had an issue with the equipment that was only 13-14 months old.

Precision door surpassed my expectations by responding to my home within 1 hour of my call. Tech Mike was professional, courteous and kind. My 12 year old doors needed help and after reviewing the situation gave us a cost efficient and economical way to address our needs today and for the near future. Awesome customer service, prompt and clean at a fair price. Would recommend to anyone!
