We started with a tune-up and rollers deal from Angie’s List, but ended up adding a whole bunch of things to correct an out-of-balance door and a number of other things that we had just lived with over the years that was going to cause our garage door opener to fail. The professionalism and friendliness of the technician was really more than expected.

As I told the operator and techie, our last name is Coffin….not Cosfin. You operator had told us it was a 2 to 4 time for Sat. I went home at 1:30 in case they came early. I called at 3:35 and they said the guy was about done and would call us right away. He never called and arrived at 4:35. He showed me on his calendar it was a 4 to 6 time. Sloppy work….who wants to have to cancel Sat evening plans because the door repair comes that late….I made the appt Fri AM…not happy. David Coffin

Outstanding service!

Jeremy came to replace burned up motor on an old unit installed by non-pro installer. He was able to adjust the old door enough to make the proper gasket fit and close completely. He also installed new belt drive unit aligned to door center and replaced the rollers. I can’t believe how nice and quiet the new unit operates and how smoothly the door moves. Jeremy even put with my sense of humor while he was working. Very personable young man. Precision is lucky to have him as a representative.

Keith Anderson did an awesome job. He was on time, efficient, courteous, very knowledgable and very polite which is really important. He explained how everything works and showed me how to keep everything sprayed to keep working efficiently. I will highly recommend Keith & Precision to all my neighbors and coworkers. Thank you Keith for such a great job. This system is so quiet, my dogs don’t even hear it. 5 Stars all the way!!
