I used Precision about a year ago to install a new garage door at my home and it is beautiful. After, I had a few issues with the locks lining up and they came out free of charge and adjusted the next day. I was sold on their stellar customer service. I called them this time to fix a garage door at a rental….it was $435 for a new belt, new batteries, lube and new rollers for the door…at first, I thought it was a little high, but after meeting their rep and seeing condition, it needed to be done. Again, their attention to the customer is number one. They will treat you like a relative and tell you what they would do or could do.
