Technician Craig Earle came to my residence to repair my garage door which was not closing properly. Craig called me in the morning to give me an estimated time he would arrive. Later he called again to advise me he would arrive within 30 minutes. He was very professional, and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained the problem and how he was going to correct it. He did a great job. He represented Precision very well. I highly recommend Precision and Craig to anyone needing their garage door serviced.

A review of the problem was careful and the repairs were prompt and efficient. We had a complete upfitting with a new spring, hurricane stiffeners, rollers, and bearings. The door works like a charm now. Matt was our technician. He was knowledgable and courteous. I would recommend to a friend.
