Our tech Andrew was great and finished the job quickly. Only thing that bothers is the $20.00 fuel surcharge that was never mentioned. I only noticed after looking at the invoice. I would absolutely use Precision again, but I will ask about surcharges next time before committing.

5 stars: Precision Door Service replaced the belt in our garage door opener. I was concerned that I would have to replace the entire garage door opener even though only the belt was frayed. The technician analyzed the problem and said he could replace the belt and he had one in his truck. Great news. In addition to repairing my garage door opener, Dallas also oiled my garage door and springs. That was very thoughtful and appreciated. The door works great and has stopped squeeking.

Edward Lucchesi was most impressive! Explained what was wrong with the door and offered to make it operable. The door is almost 60 years old – no replacement parts – and that was impressive. After talking with him I decided replacement was the best option and the work was scheduled. Looking forward to having new doors on Monday!
