This is the second time I’ve used Precision. Back in November 2016 they replace a garage door opener for me. Today they replaced the springs on my garage door and added bracing which was necessary to repair damage to the door. Keith was the technician providing the service both times. He was efficient, very professional, and explained everything about the work he was doing. I will not hesitate to call this company again if the need ever arises. They are the best.

Your technician, Keith, explained all options carefully & carried out all the repairs in a very timely manner. We ended up having the garage door opener repaired, track wheels & sensor lights replaced, along with a surprise replacement of the old door springs (which broke once the new wheels were installed. We definitely recommend your company.

The technician that came out was very polite and knowledgeable. I had a lot of noise noise upon closing my garage door. He took care of the problem and explained what I had to to in the future, which unfortunately the installer did not do. Thank you for the prompt attention to this matter.
