Jeffery made two stops to my home for the same issue. The first time, he tried to make everything work with existing hardware. And it did for a while. However, a few weeks in, we started having the same issue. On his second trip, he replaced defective sensors, lowered them on the rail to where they should have been, and tested the system multiple times before wrapping up.
