Jose was professional and very pleasant. He diagnosed the issue immediately and gave us several options without any pressure. Although indications showed that the circuit board was blown by an apparent power surge, we opted to replace the unit due to it’s 10yr age. Installation was done quickly and efficiently; all remotes were programmed and he explained all the new functions clearly. Before leaving he lubricated all the hinges and track and took away to dispose the old chain. We are very satisfied customers and will recommend Precision Garage Door service to others.
