Very happy with the service. Craig was efficient and very knowledgeable. The only reason I gave a 4 star was because on the phone I was quoted $60 to $120 for a broken spring. It ended up costing us $278.00 because we have 2 springs. We should have been asked over the phone how many springs we have because then I would have shopped around to make sure the price was comparable to other companies. Only 1 spring was broken but was told both needed to be replaced by tech.

We decided to call Precision the very first time after calling another company who do not come out on weekends and called again since someone had come out before and both times we were not disappointed, John T did an excellent job on installing both garage doors openers, was very professional, very likeable, very approachable and very polite young man, gave good tips on maintaining the springs and other good advice.

Our family real appreciates the service that Precision has provided for our garage door since 2014. I have not regretted doing business with them. Thank you!

I have been using Precision for a few years an am very happy with their prompt, friendly and knowledgeable service. Now have the whole family calling Precision for any garage door needs.

I don’t know if all the upsells were essential, but I know the door had not received any maintenance in the 7 years I have been in the house. Probably longer, so no biggie. It’s our main entry and exit door so it has to work right.
