Great service all around!! Called at 9am on Monday morning and was able to schedule the same day. Had Jimmy Johnson as a tech and have to highly suggest requesting him. Was done in less than an hour and very nice… when I was pulling up to the house and he was already there..rolling my garbage cans up from the street…. who does that! Great company and will suggest them to all of my neighbors.

Amazing service. I used a competitor in the past. My door came off the rails and I had to call the competitor 3 times. On the 3rd time, I actually got someone on the phone who’s only response was “we are busy” and proceeded to grudgingly take my order. Not wanting to spend my money on a business who clearly doesn’t care about their customer, I called Precision. Precision answered my call promptly sent Keith out. Keith was friendly and competent and got me up and running. Very impressed.
