We needed garage door service three days following hurricane Irma. Called Wednesday for service and the service rep was at our house mid day Thursday. The rep (John) was knowledgeable, skilled, and extremely polite. He gave us choices for the repair without pushing the most expensive. Certain components I thought might need replacement were determined to be OK by the rep. All in all, a very good experience and I would recommend Precision highly.

Had complete garage door replaced, was very happy with the service. Had a few minor problem that were taken care of. The tech’s that came out were very friendly and pleasant to deal with. I would never used anyone else. Thank you very much

Very responsive company. Fixed my door after the hurricane …could not operate it after I used the emergency handle while the power was out. Took them just a few minutes and all is well. I am very glad I chose Precision door after my old garage door split.

My garage door would not stay down after a power outage when power was restored. The technician (Carlos) explained that the system had “learned” a new up/down procedure with the door unattached to the mechanism and he reprogrammed the door and explained how to prevent this from happening in the future if there is a power outage. There was no charge for this. I was quite satisfied.

Repaired garage door opener that was still under warrantee. Did a great job and re-programmed all of our remote controls at no charge. I would use them again.
