I called on the morning of 10-27-2017 had service the same day. Brian my service tech was very nice and he knew how to take care of an old door that had many moving parts. He took care of it in about an hour and he alone did it. So glad to have door working better than it had in a long time. It cost me but they worked with me and that I very much appreciated.

The girl on the phone was nice but the total price she quoted me for parts and installation should have included their hidden fees… the installer used scare tactics to pressure the upsale. Even if his prediction comes true i will use a different company for new service especially since they wont warranty the work they performed. Before leaving a review i replied to the owners email asking how my service was and i simply got a generic response back asking to leave a review about my experience but no apology for my dissapointing experience. Im sure other people have great reviews but my experience was a dud. The technician wasnt rude but i didnt care for his method of up selling.

Having lasted for over twenty years, my garage door opener was getting creaky and cranky. The precision service tech said he could still piece it together, but he thought it was time to put it in its final resting place. I agreed since the sounds it was making when opening and closing had me fearful that it might fall on the roof of my car. The tech said the door itself was one of hurricane strength and still in good shape so no need to replace the door. He did a wonderful job, including resetting the remote in my car and golf cart. And then, he cleaned up all signs of his being here but sweeping up the garage floor. Wonderful job, thank you.
