REPAIR WAS COMPLETE AND FAST, BRYAN WAS FOCUSED ON THE TASK AT ALL TIMES UNLIKE OTHER VENDORS WHOM WE HAVE USED ARE ALWAYS ON THEIR PHONE. DOOR WAS REPAIRED AND WAS CAREFUL AROUND THE CAR THAT WAS TRAPPED INSIDE. THE COST WAS ON THE HIGHER SIDE BUT HE SHOWED UP ON TIME AND GAVE ME A WARRENTY.

Prompt appt and service, Richard was a knowledgeable and helpful tech. We had our garage door installed by Precision 21 years ago- never an issue, opener even still working and just needs a new track after all those years lol. Amazing, did not need a new door but called to get a price on a new hurricane wind loaded door and will be installing one soon. These days when you cannot even get a refrigerator to last more than 4 years its nice to know there are still people doing quality work. LOL I bet it will last another 21 years… Thanks guys. Thank you so much for the quick and professional servicing of our garage door. Came home late on Sunday and found our door wouldn’t open. Called and they had someone at our home a little after 10 am the next morning. Checked the door over and found exactly what it needed – about 90 minutes later – everything was finished and I was able to get on my way. Thank you – will be referring my friends your way.

I had a broken spring on my door and needed it fixed that same day. Called Precision and they were at my door in a few hours. Carlos my tech was a genuine great guy. You couldn’t ask for a better person to do the repairs. From the initial call to the service rep, the tech, and the timely manner of service, I highly recommend Precision.
