Service tech actually earlier than expected! Was very friendly and gave a clear explanation of what was wrong with the door and what would be needed to repair it.

Mike was extremely professional and explained what he thought was needed. The time he took to replace the bar, chain and motor unit was about an hour. He was very amiable and apparently knew his craft. He explained the features of the opener and the remotes. The options he provided were straight forward and he made sure I understood the basic operation. Good service and should I need added service I will call you.

The service man that came out was great, very professional!!! I bought two garage door openers for my car, however they had two buttons, I would like a garage door openers with one button, not two. I not comfortable with two buttons, I’m older, one button would of been nice. Its a rental property, I don’t have two garage doors. Thank you, Peggy Peters
