Excellent experience with Precision. After I backed into the half open door, the bottom roller popped out. After releasing the opener and testing the door, it still worked. Precision came out to check things out and made a few adjustments and popped the roller back in. Very pleasant technician who arrived on schedule. We will surely use Precision in our future door opener needs. Thank-you very much.

Fantastic service! My garage door spring broke and I placed the call for service. The repairman (Jeffrey Pinney) arrived within the hour and was very professional and knowledgable explaining what had happened and what the fix was. He presented several options and performed the repair very quickly. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Precision.
