We knew it was only time before the second garage door needed repair. Bryan fixed the first one and did a great job, so we requested Bryan to fix the second garage door. And again, he did a great job, gave us options and was professional. If we ever need any more help with garage doors, we would only call Precision.

Garage door would not close using our new equipment. Called the office a technician arrived as promised. Problem was nothing to do with the new opener, the cold weather had knocked out the alignment of the light beam.The tech made a slight adjustment, explained what I should look for we double checked the system,everything performed correctly. What a great company! Called at 10AM with an issue, by 1PM same day Mike Graves was on the scene reviewing and making recommendations for repair. No surprise to us that we needed major work on springs, bearings and a new opener. Mike couldn’t have been more polite, more efficient, more helpful. Even helped programmed our cars! Our technician, David, arrived promptly, friendly and very knowledgeable. He offered options for our issue and had all parts needed on the truck. That was nice to know that he didn’t have to postpone the repair to another day. David was very thorough and did the replacement of everything needed with promptness in a very professional manner. Our door is so quite now, why didn’t we do this sooner!?? We would definitively recommend Precision.
