This is my 4th Precision Garage Door experience and it was the best one of the 4. Would highly recommend Mike Graves as the Tech.

I am very impressed with the technician, Jose Rosario. He arrived on time, he was very friendly and professional. He installed a new garage door motor with all the parts that go with it. He also programmed both of my vehicles to the opener. He was very knowlegeable and efficient and knew what he was doing. I am very pleased!!! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!! Thank you, Jose!

New Years Day our garage door broke and needed quick repairs. Called Precision and they did do a great job on getting a technician out. We asked for a quote first. After 15 minutes were given an astronomical figure to fix the door. Add said no extra charge for holidays. Technician said there was no extra charge for coming out that day. Then added to the extreme high cost that he could not fix the garage door opener because it was too damaged. Needed a new one. We told him to hold off. Then we got hit with a $49.95 charge for coming out for an estimate ( which they did later refund). We immediately searched out their competitors for other estimates. Next person that came out gave us a quote that was over $400 less, plus he said our garage door was not damaged and hooked us up for free. Precision had a special on their website saying that a new double garage door would cost $800. That’s not what our technician quoted. Try 800 x 3 !! We felt misled and the attempt of being taken advantage of. I would not recommend Precision for people who are under a budget. If you’re rich, go ahead. I don’t know the quality of their work so I can’t comment on that.

The tech, Matt, as great. Turns out I have electrical issues in the garage that need to be addressed before he can complete the repair and as soon as I get that problem fixed, I’ll schedule his return. I was not impressed with the appointment schedulers.

Showed up on time. Found the problem quickly and resolved it for a very reasonable price

he was very helpful and explained everything in detail. I use my garage door for everything and they came here the same day

Precision came recommended by our neighbor. They offered next day service….despite it being a w/e. I was going to be out of town….so I scheduled for the following Monday…which I forgot was Labor Day. There was no extra charge. Door installed professionally and with no issues. Would definitely recommend.
