Very speedy arrival, competent, professional technician. He explained options for repair (broken tension spring & bearings) and exact costs. Repair we completed in 45 minutes or less, as promised. He also completed a check list of potential problems, lubed moving parts, tightened chain, and restored the door to smooth function. My neighbors had a entire door replaced by Precision and referred me to them. I wouldn’t call anyone else when I have garage door issues – many thanks!

Chris Carelas Was out And he did such a good job. I cannot tell you how happy I was with his knowledge and everything about him. He reset my garage door opener’s and he also sent my car to the garage door opener. I have been told the other garage door opener would not work on the same remote but he said it would and he fixed it right away. I am so pleased

Your technician, Craig Earle, was able to diagnose the issue I was having with the double garage and it solved the problem. He was very professional in his approach and anxious to solve the issue and leave with a happy customer. When I had both garage doors refurbished last year by Precision, I was very pleased with your company and this last service call on December 19 confirmed that I made a great decision to have Precision do the job.
