Our technician came out on a Sunday, assessed our two garage doors, and recommended new springs, and rollers. one opener was good, and we replaced the other opener. He replaced worn parts and installed a new opener on one door. They have never run so good, and are quieter than when new! This is one area of our home that we have overlooked for upkeep and maintenance. We neglected to realize how often we use this mechanical part of our home and the importance of much needed “tlc”.

I requested John Tsangarinos because of prior experience. In my eyes he is the best! Even though he is not an estimator he was dispatched to my residence and assured me that my choice of door replacement would exceed my requirements. On a scale of 1 to 5 I rate John at a 6!

Tech was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Service was fast and quality was top notch. Replaced the rollers which were causing loud operation and not is very quiet and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended!

The service tech Chad Donovan was called to replace a garage door opener. He did as asked. I asked him to check other working parts. He said we could use new springs , they were about 6 years old and new ones would increase the life of the door opener! He explained what should be done in the future! He was very curtious and professional! I would recomend your company and would definitely use your company again!
